Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has launched a service that allows real-time remittance processing system for their immigrant citizens in other countries. For this, the banks and other financial agencies, tie-up and outlet partners of BPI, can integrate with BPI’s Online Integration Facility (OIF), to facilitate the same for their customers using digital channels.
BankFlex® BPI gateway allows banks to provide remittance service to their customers who want to send remittances to their home and family in Philippines.
BankFlex® interfaces directly with OIF to provide these remittance services.
BankFlex® BPI gateway can be deployed standalone for the bankswithout this capability. BankFlex® will interface with the bank’s existing infrastructure like core banking and digital channels, besides OIF APIs to facilitate seamless experience for the bank’s customers.
All use cases are supported like make payment, inquire transaction, update payment status and fund balance inquiry for both tier-up and outlet.
All interface support is available for credit to BPI account, cash pickup, door-to-door cash delivery, credit-to-other-bank, etc.
Implementation complies with all message level security requirements of OIF.
Automatic data integrity across systems such as BPI system and Bank’s core banking system.
