BankFlex® Western Union (WU) gateway enables banks to offer Western Union fund transfer services directly through their digital channels. This allows banks’ customers to complete transactions conveniently without visiting a Western Union branch or outlet.
Using the BankFlex® Western Union (WU) gateway, customers can send and receive money via Western Union through our digital channels such as internet banking and mobile banking apps. Customers can transfer funds directly from their bank account and can also receive funds directly into their desired account.
BankFlex® integrates directly with Western Union interfaces to provide these receive and send payment services. The BankFlex® WU implementation has been been tested and audited by Western Union auditors.
BankFlex® WU gateway can be deployed standalone for the banks, which do not have this capability. BankFlex® will interface with the bank’s existing infrastructure like core banking and digital channels, besides WU APIs to facilitate seamless experience for the bank’s customers.
All key use cases are supported, including sending and receiving money, checking transaction status, and printing receipts.
